Part of the charm and excitement of planning a new year is the process of selecting a new planner (or planners, as the case may be). This year I’m trying my first Saint Belford.

This planner comes from Australia and I first heard about it on Chris Guillebeau’s Side Hustle podcast, episode 683.

I ordered the pink curation (shown above) with the gray compendium (shown below)

While I do miss the spiral binding of my previous Erin Condren planner, I think that I’m going to like this format.

All of the monthly views are near the front of the book and have a crisp clear design for easy entry of calendar items.

The weekly view always highlights the Mission in Progress which helps keep this forefront in your mind as you plan your week. This is something I’ve found is easy to lose track of as I get caught up in the minutia of day-to-day living. I also like that it offers a place for menu planning as this is something I am prioritizing for my health in 2019.

The daily view has a section for Habit Tracking as well as the daily blocks and a place for notes at the top.

I am just now filling in the Bucket List, Missions, Habit Tracker near the front of the book as I prepare for 2019, think about my intentions and how to best use this new journal.

This is one of three planners I will be using in 2019 and my main planner for day-t0-day tasks, events, workouts, etc. I will recap an overview of all of my planners in another post.

What planner are you using in 2019?
